Summary Judgment

Told from the perspective of a Chicago lawyer, Summary Judgment is the true story of 20-year-old Tommy Hamilton, a man convicted of murdering his boss and on his way to the electric chair. He has one final appeal, and he enlists two lawyers and a nun from his home state of Alabama to help him prove he is not legally guilty—even if he’s not quite innocent—by presenting evidence of perjury.
